Following a County Board meeting tonight, it was confirmed that Mick O’Dywer has the full backing of the County Board and the Clubs in Wicklow.

Rathnew cruised into the Coogna Hardware Senior Championship Semi Finals on Saturday with a 3-12 to 0-04 win over Donard-The-Glen.
St Patricks overcame Kiltegan in a tight match, leacing it late to win by the minimum on a score of 1-11 to 0-13.

Charity Cycle In Micko’s County
Arklow Geraldines Ballymoney Juvenile Club Coach Brian Doyle is one of a group of cyclists who took part in a charity cycle in Kerry on the 20th and 21st of August. This cycle was a memorial cycle for Joe Timmons who passed away last year. Joe won an All Ireland medal in 1958 with Dublin, after playing minor and senior football with Wicklow and was featured in the recent top125 Wicklow players poll.

Hannah Doyle from Kilmacanogue won the wicklowgaaonline.com young supporter of the year award this year after a busy season following the County Footballers. Hannah was an ever present at the County Championships this season as part of the travelling army from her club Kilmacanogue who put buses on to all the Championship matches for the past couple of years.

Big Weekend Of Club Action
